Review: Chewing marmalade Fru-Fru. Review: Chewing marmalade Fru-Fru Chewing marmalade Fru

I love chewing marmalade. Nowadays I use Fru-Fru straws more and more often. They contain 8 gummies with different flavors.

I snack on these gummies at work. I like that the taste is not too sweet, even some with a pleasant sourness. They are comfortable to chew, they are neither hard nor too soft, and do not fall apart. The aroma is different, but rich and fruity. Well, a huge plus is that they are not very high in calories :)

I looked at the composition, which is also good, of course there are dyes, but they are natural.

Women can safely eat this, because this delicious dessert is not too high in calories. There are two hundred and something kilocalories per 100 grams. But for a sweet and tasty dessert, this is not so much.

My child liked it too. He eats fruit-frushki when we walk with him. He pulls one marmalade at a time and rejoices. And I’m happy too, because you can chew the marmalade for a long time, that is, he doesn’t eat the tube right away, it’s enough for the road.

This marmalade is also suitable for older people. If your teeth are bad, many people give up sweets because of this, but you can eat fruit-frou with confidence. My mother is eating here. The marmalade is soft and does not stick to the teeth, so older people like it. And it doesn’t spoil your teeth, so you can eat it with confidence. Whenever mom comes to visit, we always drink tea with this marmalade.

Good afternoon, readers and guests of the “Family and Childhood” website. Today I propose to make chewing marmalade. You can create tasty, bright and healthy jelly candies yourself with a few minutes of free time. Little children will love this sweetness. This is a good alternative to store-bought sweets, which contain a lot of harmful substances.

The marmalade turns out to be very dense, viscous and holds its shape perfectly. To make the mass ideal, only high-quality gelatin must be used for its production. To create chewing marmalade, you can use natural juice from any berries or fruits (cranberries, oranges, strawberries, peaches or apricots). In any case, you will get bright and delicious jelly sweets.

To prevent the pieces of marmalade from sticking to each other, they can be coated with powdered sugar or a thin layer of corn flour. By placing the chewing marmalade in a dry food box and closing it with a lid, you can enjoy homemade sweets for several days.

Ingredients :

  • fruit jelly (50 grams);
  • citric acid (pinch);
  • sugar (100 -150 grams);
  • juice (150 ml);
  • gelatin (4 tbsp.).

Step-by-step recipe for making chewing marmalade

Place all the dry ingredients (jelly, gelatin and sweetener) into a deep bowl.

Combine all components until smooth.

Pour the required amount of natural juice into the saucepan.

Pour in the dry mass.

Mix the ingredients and leave for 20-23 minutes. During this time, the sugar will dissolve and the gelatin will increase in size.

Heat the workpiece until the mass becomes homogeneous.

Pour the chewing marmalade into the mold (after covering it with oiled paper).

After 2-3 hours, chop the workpiece into arbitrary pieces and cover with a thin layer of starch or powder. Enjoy natural marmalade at any time. The children's favorite treat is ready.

And that’s all for today, my dears. If you liked the recipe, share it with your friends on social networks. Subscribe to blog updates so you don't miss anything tasty and healthy for children. That's it, bye bye. Until next time.

Description

“Fruit cocktail” is a multi-colored marmalade assortment with strawberry, pineapple, pear, black currant, passion fruit, orange, lemon and apple flavors. The recipe for soft chewing marmalade “Fruit Cocktail” is specially developed for children and does not contain artificial colors.

Chewing marmalade fits harmoniously into a healthy diet due to its high content of nutrients and lack of fat:

Pectin has a bactericidal effect and removes toxins from the body

Gelatin improves skin and hair condition

Citric acid is a natural antioxidant that improves metabolism

Chewing marmalade is a culinary phenomenon familiar to us since childhood with its fruity taste and viscous consistency. The main components of chewing marmalade: fruit juices, gelatin, starch or agar-agar. If you decide to please yourself or your child with homemade chewing figurines, first of all choose a fruit base. Chewing marmalade can be made from plums, oranges, apricots, nectarines, any berries - the choice is limited only by your imagination. To make marmalade products thicker, you can use fruits containing natural pectin - apples, quince, peaches.

The benefits and harms of chewing marmalade are determined by its composition. When choosing a product, read the fine print on the packaging. The composition should contain natural ingredients - fruit juice, sugar, molasses, gelatin. Manufacturers of children's marmalade often include vitamins in their recipe. If you find additives from the E series in the composition, these are not necessarily preservatives. For example, E100 is curcumin derived from thistle, and E 160c is paprika extract.

Elastic chewing figures of bright colors, so attractive to children, will only bring benefits if parents choose the product wisely. The marmalade should be slightly transparent, slightly sour in taste and should not stick to your hands. The harm of chewing marmalade is due to the presence of artificial colors, sugar and preservatives in its composition. Their presence is usually compensated by pectin, which improves the functioning of the digestive system.

Any healthy product in unreasonably large quantities can be harmful. Therefore, chewing marmalade itself cannot be called beneficial or harmful. The only question is the number of empty bags that will remain after your marmalade feasts.

I usually eat a lot of sweets, but recently I started to think about my health, nutrition and figure. Since I can’t give up sweets at all, I decided to replace my favorite chocolates, cookies, pies and cakes with maximum harmless and even healthy products - for example, marmalade) I saw a green bag of “Frou-frou” marmalades weighing 30g for 22 ruble and decided to take it, especially since the inscriptions like "with natural juice + vitamins" played their part. Arriving home, even before testing the marmalade, I decided to figure out the composition of “Frou-frou” and, indeed, marmalade in general, whether it is really as good as it is made out to be.

Firstly, the 3rd place in the composition is fruit juice with vitamins WITH(24 mg), E(3.6 mg), AT 5(1.8 mg), AT 6 (0, 42),IN 1(0.33 mg), AT 2 (0,42), folic acid (60), biotin (15), AT 12(0.75). Next comes gelatin - which improves the condition of hair, nails, skin, and also strengthens the skeletal system.

Also, at first glance, numerous E dyes do not inspire confidence, but let’s take a closer look at them.

E100. effect on the body: safe . This is a natural dye that gives marmalade its yellow and orange color. It was also discovered that E100 destroys cancer cells.

E140, aka chlorophyll. Gives marmalade a green color. It is also very beneficial for the body because defeats cancer cells and removes toxins from the body + cleanses the blood and enriches it with oxygen

E153, aka charcoal. Gives marmalade a dark color. Safe for the body

E160c, gives a brown-orange color. Completely safe for the human body

E163- gives a red-violet color. Helps reduce capillary fragility, improves the condition of connective tissues, helps prevent and treat cataracts and generally has a beneficial effect on the entire body.

Under such cheerful and childish packaging lies a very useful and, I would say, serious product. Having analyzed the composition, I will be happy to buy “Fru Fru” as often as possible

Regarding the marmalade itself - when you open the package, you are greeted by the delicious fruity smell of fruit. I came across the "Alphabet" marmalade, the letters are very neat, even, juicy, soft and tasty!)

In general, I really liked the marmalade. I will try other brands, but I will definitely buy Fru Fru.
