  • 2 medium onions;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • 1 tbsp. l. tomato paste;
  • salt, black pepper.

Cut the meat into cubes, rub with salt and lightly fry in a frying pan. After this, transfer the meat to a cauldron and fill it with water so that the water covers it. We will need the following ingredients (for 2-3 servings):

  • Meat tenderloin - 500 gr.
  • Dried prunes without pits - 150 gr.
  • Potatoes - 500 gr.
  • Carrots - 1 pc.
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Sunflower or olive oil for frying.
  • Greens, salt, pepper to taste.

Preparation:

  1. Peel potatoes, carrots and onions. Then these vegetables must be washed well.
  2. Finely chop the onion. I’ll share with you my secret: if you cry a lot when cutting onions, then fill your mouth with water and keep it there until you finish. This method personally helps me with excessive lacrimation!
  3. Now grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
  4. Heat a little sunflower or olive oil in a frying pan (one or two tablespoons will be enough) and fry the vegetables in it until golden brown.
  5. The tenderloin must be cleaned of films, rinsed under water, cut into cubes, and then pepper and salt to taste.
  6. Fry the tenderloin over medium heat until crust forms, 5-7 minutes.
  7. Place carrots and onions on the bottom of the pot and place meat on them. Distribute the products evenly, the same amount according to the eye into each pot.
  8. Cut the potatoes into small cubes and add salt.
