They have to fill most of the space in the lower part of the evaporation chamber with long wicks - in this case, such wicks simultaneously serve as both a spiral wick and a supply (essentially storage) wick. Or they resort to wicks made from flammable materials not intended for vaping, in particular cotton wool.

In such cases, these are no longer devices with a liquid chamber, but devices with a porous liquid storage. Accordingly, refilling of such vaporizers (electronic cigarettes) is carried out by dropping liquid directly onto the wick of the coil.

But excessive discharge also shortens their service life. As a general rule, it can be considered that for lithium batteries the maximum charge level is 4.2 V, the minimum discharge level is 2.9 V.

The eGo AIO device minimizes the risk of leaks, while the liquid tank capacity is 2 ml. Reliable protection from children is provided by a screw-on pressure-tight tank lid and a locking function (pressing the main button five times to turn the power on/off). The device is extremely simple and convenient to use. The case is available in several colors, and the indicator light has 7 different colors. The simplicity and efficiency of this device is what makes it so popular and unique of its kind.

The device is made of environmental plastic, the mouthpiece has a unique spiral design.

Management and maintenance

Turning on and off

Press the main button 5 times at minimal intervals. The button will blink 5 times, indicating that the eGo AIO is ready to use. A repeated series of 5 quick presses turns off the device.

Soaring

Press the button and start tightening.

Charger

eGo AIO is charged via a USB cable connected to the AC adapter or computer. When charging is complete, the indicator light will turn off.

Refilling liquid

To unscrew the cap, press on it and fill the liquid into the tank (capacity - 2 ml).

Notes:

• Do not fill fluid above the maximum level mark to avoid leaks during assembly.
• To avoid burning the wick before first use, do not forget to drop a few drops of liquid into the holes of the evaporator.

Replacing the evaporator

To unlock the security lock, press the cover and unscrew it. To replace the evaporator, unscrew it and replace it with a new one, or clean and reinstall the previously used evaporator. (Note: Do not wash the evaporator with water! Just wipe it with an alcohol-soaked or dry cloth).

Turn off or switch the color of the indicator light

In the off state, hold down the main button until the indicator turns on, then press the main button to switch colors (red, yellow, green, blue, indigo, white, purple or turn off the indicator).

Adjusting the tightness

Turn the ring on the cap clockwise or counterclockwise to adjust the incoming air. The easiest tightening is achieved by aligning the marks on the ring and the body.

Protective functions

Short circuit protection:

• If a short circuit occurs before vaping, the indicator light will flash 5 times and the power will turn off.
• If a short circuit occurs while vaping, the indicator light will flash 3 times.

Evaporator protection

The eGo AIO is equipped with a 15-second timer to turn on the puff protection. If you press the main button for more than 15 seconds, the indicator light will flash 10 times.

Low voltage protection

When the battery voltage is less than 3.3 V, the indicator light flashes 40 times and the device turns off. Low voltage protection will be unlocked when the device is placed on charge.

Low/High Resistance Protection

• When the evaporator resistance is more than 5 ohms, the indicator light flashes slowly when the main button is pressed.
• When the resistance is less than 0.3 ohms, the indicator light flashes quickly 5 times, which indicates that the voltage is too low or a possible short circuit.

Remaining battery charge display function

The indicator blinks slowly or stays on when the battery charge is high. Rapid flashing of the indicator light indicates low battery charge. When charging or connecting a USB cable, the indicator lights up red and goes off when charging is complete.

Warnings and Precautions

1. Vaporizers for eGo AIO can only work with batteries that support the subwoofer.
2. Turn off eGo AIO every time you finish using it.
3. Do not press the main button if the eGo AIO is not in use.
4. Repairs to eGo AIO should only be performed by qualified Joyetech personnel. Do not attempt to repair the device yourself, as this may result in damage to the device or injury.
5. The eGo AIO should be operated in dry conditions between -10°C and 60°C and charged between 0°C and 45°C.
6. eGo AIO is assembled from original Joyetech components. The use of uncertified components in the eGo AIO may result in device malfunction and/or damage.

Warranty conditions

Warranty information is provided in the Joyetech Warranty Card. The warranty does not cover damage caused by the user. The warranty does not apply to products purchased from third party sellers.

Joyetech undertakes to carry out warranty repairs of the product in accordance with the following rules:

1. This warranty provides the right to free repair of defective Joyetech products. The warranty period is 90 days from the date of purchase by the end user.

2. This warranty may be void in the following cases:

• The user does not provide a warranty card or a receipt confirming the purchase.
• Damage to the device is caused by incorrect use or unauthorized repairs.
• Damage to the device is caused by strong mechanical impact, such as a fall.
• Damage to the device is caused by failure to comply with the recommended conditions of use (a list of warnings is provided in the instructions).
• Damage to the device is caused by improper use of water or other liquids (refer to the manual for operating instructions).
• Damage to the device is caused by the use of non-Joetech components (charger, batteries and charging cable).

3. This warranty does not apply to consumables and accessories, including (but not limited to): mouthpieces, cartridges, vaporizers, etc.

4. This warranty does not apply to products not manufactured by Joyetech. The warranty is valid only for licensed products manufactured by Joyetech for a warranty period of 90 days from the date of purchase.

Joyetech reserves the final decision regarding all warranty claims. Joyetech may interpret and revise the contents of the warranty terms.
