Good afternoon, I wanted to leave my feedback and delight about the doctors and medical staff of the perinatal center! Let me briefly tell my story. At the beginning of 2019, my husband and I found out about a joyful event - we are pregnant! Great joy and happiness. We ourselves are from the city of Otradnoye, Samara region, which is 90 km from Samara. She got registered with our doctors in the city of Otradnoe. For you to understand, medicine in Otradnoye is at the lowest level, and we didn’t have to choose doctors, we have two of them. Those who live in Otradnoye know that one is better than the other, and this is a big problem for us, since being registered and coming to them for examination and reception is a whole problem, an unpleasant problem. With their rude behavior and attitude towards pregnant mothers, they make a seemingly happy pregnancy unhappy! You don't want to go to them! Such a terrible attitude, unfortunately, towards pregnant women, although it would seem - the women themselves, who once gave birth and were registered, and should understand how important it is - just a human attitude and professionalism in their work! [...] During pregnancy, I recovered by 7 kg, but the doctor wanted to put me in the hospital 4-5 times, and all this was accompanied by frightening me, what could be the consequences - and the threat of a miscarriage, etc., etc. P. Each time, leaving the reception in tears from the terrible attitude and intimidation, I was very upset and waited with horror for the next day to come to their reception. Although, according to the tests, everything is fine with me, the pregnancy proceeded just fine, we did all the ultrasounds and screenings in Samara, in a private clinic, which confirmed the excellent condition of the baby, including me. We have another doctor, he sees in a paid department and is the head of our maternity department in Otradnoye. When I came to him for a paid appointment, he refused to accept me, saying that pregnant women are observed only in the free department, just by the same doctors about whom I wrote at the beginning. I don't know where my right to choose doctors went, and I was, to put it mildly, even more disappointed when I asked if I could give birth to him when he was on duty in the hospital. He answered me rudely: "If you get on my shift, then yes, otherwise I'm not on duty at all at night." These are the doctors we have in Otradnoye ... So I was disappointed, and the expectation of my baby was spoiled only by such an attitude in our hospital! Next comes November 6, and at night my water breaks. Satisfied, my husband and I are going to the hospital, we call an ambulance, and with a bag I go, happy, to the hospital for our baby. Arriving at the maternity hospital in the city of Otradny, a sleepy nurse or midwife opens the door for us, and we go in. Happy, I say: "Hello, the waters broke, I came to give birth!" This doctor Karlin comes out, with a displeased look, says to me: "On the chair." He looks at me and silently leaves, begins to write some papers. I ask: "What happened to us?" He tells me in a rude manner: "Now you will go to Samara. The uterus is not ready for childbirth, there is no dilatation, and in general - you are already 32 years old, now I will find something else." I'm in shock, my husband was scared. I say: "Well, to Samara, that means - to Samara. Everything that is not done - everything is for the better!" They called an ambulance, they put me in it, sent my husband home and went to Samara! While we were driving for 1.5-2 hours, I was already shaken, and the ambulance was old, and driving while sitting in it was wildly painful and uncomfortable - and I started having contractions! Arriving in Samara in the perinatal center of the old premises, the midwife from Otradnoye handed me over with ease, and they, apparently, with a calm soul, went on to sleep! This is the worst thing that happened to me in Otradnoye! At the perinatal center, the girls downstairs met me and began to make out, the first thing they asked was: “What, Otradny doesn’t want to work at all? Nothing terrible happened to you, and there was no point in sending you to Samara. you well!" I had nothing to say to them... Immediately they took all the tests from me, sent me for an ultrasound scan, and did everything that was necessary with me. And only then I exhaled, realizing that I had fallen into the hands of specialists, and now I had no need to worry! I was immediately registered and placed in the maternity ward. The process of childbirth began, the uterus opened slowly, and then they began to stimulate me. I gave birth for 12 whole hours, and it was very hard and painful, but when you have such a team and staff with you, nothing is scary! I want to express my deep gratitude to the shift that worked on November 6, 2019! I am very grateful to you for your work and the work that you do! You have a real pipeline of children there), you are from one ward to another), your work is very important and the work of real professionals! As I remember now, in agony I called you: "My girls", so this will remain in my memory. It was then, at that moment, that you are treated as your saviors and those people who will help and be there at a difficult moment! And you were there and helped me give birth to the most excellent son at 3700 kg and 56 cm! Thank you very much! I will never forget you and now I can say for sure that giving birth in Samara in Seredavino is a great success and happiness. Only here I realized what real doctors, obstetricians, nurses are!
