The scientific program of the XVII RUSSIAN CONGRESS “Innovative technologies in pediatrics and pediatric surgery” will include the results of the latest scientific advances in the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of the most common childhood diseases.

The Congress will host more than 15 satellite events, which will address current issues in the field of pediatrics, neonatology, pulmonology, gastroenterology and nutrition, cardiology, neurology, allergology and clinical immunology, nephrology, otolaryngology, dentistry and other areas of diagnosis and treatment of childhood diseases .

Particular attention will be paid to hereditary diseases in children and new genetic technologies. An important problem that will be discussed at the Congress is the long-term medical and biological consequences of the influence of low doses of ionizing radiation on the child population.

Within the framework of the Congress, educational seminars, trainings and courses will be organized.

An important aspect that will be discussed at the Congress is the reform of medical education in the country.

Within the framework of the Congress, a Competition of young scientists in the specialties of pediatrics and dentistry will be held with the presentation of diplomas. Young scientists will be awarded personalized V.A. Tabolin (specializing in pediatrics) and I.M. Kovarsky (specializing in dentistry).

The CONGRESS will feature the XVII INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITION “Modern diagnostic, medicinal and nutritional technologies in pediatrics and pediatric surgery”, in which leading Russian and foreign companies operating in the pharmaceutical market, in the field of medical equipment and baby nutrition will take part.

Organizing Committee of the Congress “Innovative Technologies in Pediatrics and Pediatric Surgery”

The XVI Russian Congress “Innovative Technologies in Pediatrics and Pediatric Surgery” will be held on October 24–26, 2017 at the Cosmos Hotel. This is one of the most important events of the year for specialists in the field of pediatrics. The Congress makes a worthy contribution to solving the problem of improving the qualifications of pediatric doctors and other specialists working in the field of children's health.

Scientific and practical symposia, seminars, schools, round tables and discussions will be devoted to current problems and the latest achievements in diagnosis and treatment in various areas of pediatrics: allergology and immunology, gastroenterology, hematology, vaccine prevention, endocrinology, cardiology, genetic diseases, neurology, nephrology, neonatology, nutritionology, pulmonology, ecopathology.

Within the framework of the congress, events for young scientists will be held: the Tabolin Readings conference and a competition for young scientists in the specialties of pediatrics and dentistry with the presentation of diplomas.

The Russian Congress “Innovative Technologies in Pediatrics and Pediatric Surgery” participates in the program of continuing medical education. To achieve educational goals, the program is balanced in time and contains multimedia presentations, interactive lectures, discussions, round tables, question-answer sessions and clinical discussions.
